Font used on street name signs

Hey guys,

I've searched the whole internet for a font which is used on street name signs but I haven't found exactly the same. I'm looking for something like this: http://tinyurl.com/y93zfkx

How do I use downloaded fonts?

I was wondering if someone can please help. After I download a font, how do I use it? Can I use it in Microsoft Word 2003? What do I so with the download once I get it? Please excuse my ignorance...I am usually not this stupid...

It is the one with the names Ruth Gordon and Bud Cort

Hello, I am looking for the font used for the movie Mr. Brooks.
